The Major bloody playoffs are set, and every game looks brilliant. Like, if you handpicked the games you would probably pick this, and it’d be great.

The first game in the arena is Cloud9 vs Vitality, which could easily be a grand final game. It’s got two of the best AWPers in the world going head-to-head, in Boombl4 and the French guy who’s trying to be him, and a gluttony of talented riflers. It’s a showstopper.

Except there’s no time for the show to be stopped, cause the donk show is starting straight after.

The newest, shiniest stars in the sky are up against the star-killers, FaZe. FaZe have made careers out of shooting down challengers, newcomers and would-be superstars when their backs are against the wall.

There’s no better proof of Major-winning credentials than beating an underdog FaZe Clan on the stage. If you can do that, you can do literally anything.

The day after can’t possibly be as good, until it is.

High-flying Eternal Fire square up to a NAVI team who have been cooking this Major. This is a really tough one to call. Both teams will be pretty happy with their draw; Eternal Fire will see a team they can overpower, while NAVI will see an inexperienced stage team that they can bully.

And to top it all off?

The MOUZ wunderkinds meet G2’s mega-stars for the chance to take on the winner of EF vs NAVI. m0NESY vs torzsi like the good ol’ WePlay academy days. siuhy vs Aleksib. xertioN vs NiKo. It’s a festival of Counter-Strike.

The only problem?

We have to wait ‘til Thursday. That’s like, two whole days. What are we supposed to do until then?
