Frequently answered questions

How does the Speed Reader pass work?
Once purchased, you'll be asked to download the Treets app, where, once you've logged in, you'll be able to access any available perks in the pass.
If you want to make use of a perk, you simply redeem it, after which you'll get instructions on how to redeem your personal offer.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can always unsubscribe from within the Treets app, or by visiting this page and logging in with the same email you used to sign up.
Can I upgrade / downgrade my subscription?
Yeah! You can change your subscription from monthly to annual or vice versa at any time by visiting this page.
Please note that changes go into effect from the next billing period. So if you subscribed on, say, June 1st, the change won't happen until July 1st.
Do perks ever run out?
Yeah, most perks are limited, either in time or quantity. Check out each perk in the Treets app for specific details.
Can I share my perk with a friend?
Some perks are shareable, which you'll be able to clearly see in the Treets app under each perk. If the perk doesn't have a share button, then it can't be shared and is only intended for your personal use.
When are new perks added?
We're working with different brands on adding more perks and filling up a calendar with new drops. Stay tuned.

Can I add a perk from my company to the pass?
Thank you for your interest! And the answer is yes, possibly. Just follow these steps:

Email our founder at  jacob[a]readtldr.com and include a suggestion (or two) for what perk you want to offer.

We vet all products and services that we feature. Ultimately we have to get behind the product before we want to share it with our audience.

Depending on our current roster of perks, we'll come back with a suggestion for start and end dates. We try to avoid competing products or services in the pass at the same time.
