FACEIT tests half-time chat
Remember back in the day when you used to be able to chat sh-t to the enemies at half-time? Well, now you can do so again on FACEIT.
This is a feature that we’ve all wished to return at one point or another, but what if it’s not as good as we remember it being?
Not to sound woke, but we’ve seen clips of the things people used to say in these breaks. Worse yet, we’ve seen what people said in old MW2 lobbies. And, even worse than both of those things, we’ve seen clips of what we used to say in those times.
Given that your otherwise friendly TLDR writers are already prone to a little bit of raging during CS, do we really need another outlet to tilt ourselves in our games more than the resident Russian going 3-11 and still baiting?
We think not, although we are excited to see just how many people get banned as a result of this test, and the things they accidentally expose themselves saying on Twitter.
That will make it all worth it for us, although we have a feeling the community will make FACEIT severely regret ever testing this as a feature.
