Not one or two, but all of ‘em are going.

Sometimes, you just have to get rid of the whole team. Maybe NIP or FURIA should take notes. Sometimes, you sign a new player, except you don’t.
On an unrelated note: Know a bit about editing audio, or know someone who does?
We’re looking for an editor to join our crew and work on our weekly CS podcast, Overtime on Inferno.
The podcast has grown steadily and we have lots of plans for how to take it further. Want to be a part of that? Then read more and apply here.

Apeks blew it up.
Following STYKO’s free agency decision, the organization has announced that its entire roster is now on the transfer block.
Honestly, it's not much of a surprise.
Things haven’t been going their way for a while now.
After a semi-finals run at the Paris Major, the squad has been struggling to find success.
They were thrown out of Copenhagen’s Opening Stage with a 1-3 record, failed to secure crucial spots in multiple online qualifiers, and most recently got crushed by MIBR in ESL Challenger Melbourne’s semi-finals with a 0-13 decider loss.
Before the big announcement, STYKO took to his YouTube channel to share a bit of insight into his decision, stating that he felt “relieved” to be “leaving a sinking ship”.
“I believe more changes are needed, to be some sort of rebuild in the lineup”, he said.
Well, STYKO, you were spot on.
Given the turbulent atmosphere surrounding the team, starting from scratch seems like the best way forward.
We’re very intrigued to see how Apeks’ new chapter unfolds.
In other transfer news, TSM has once again shaken up its roster, releasing poizon, JACKZ, and KWERTZZ. Meanwhile, Entropiq unveiled their new squad, featuring regali, FASHR, tizianN, Buzz, and Marix.
If no one else got us, we know Brazillian roster drama got us.
In this latest installment, coldzera is apparently not allowed to play for his new team. Allegedly. You might remember the 2x #1 player in the world leaving Legacy to join RED Canis about a week ago. Since then Legacy has asked TOs to BAR coldzera from playing with his new team, claiming he’s still under contract with them… what?
If Legacy’s claim is correct, what the hell was cold thinking just joining another team? And whilst that is quite a big if, dust2.br has apparently received images showing colds name on a contract with 00Nation (now Legacy) that’s dated until December 2024.
So is coldzera now forced to go back to the team that benched him?
No, maybe, probably not. Cold’s lawyers came out swinging claiming Legacy’s statements are “misleading” and "solely aimed at tarnishing (cold’s) image.” Full on stating that there is no agreement and that Legacy themselves admitted as much through a notification sent to them on April 19th.
Who’s right? God knows, but at least coldzera is still world-class entertainment in 2024 even if it’s for the wrong reasons.

Come for the crazy shirt, stay for the malbsMd love-in. That’s this week’s motto.
There’s also news on coldzera, smooya and regali - the three best AWPers in the world.
These groups are the group stage of the group stage, if you get us.
ESL Pro League tends to drag on a bit anyway, but these two groups are pretty stinky. In Group C we saw MOUZ coast to victory over Bad News Kangaroos and GamerLegion, joined by Team Liquid, who toppled FURIA and Monte.
Beating FURIA sounds like an achievement, until you see they got - and we’re not messing with you - 13-0’d by a FORZE team that had smooya on it, a day after he got dogwalked for tweeting ‘Slava Ukraini’ and nearly kicked from the team.
smooya, as a stand-in, in a team that nearly kicked him, playing with Russians, 13-0’d them.
Maybe this group is interesting after all.
ENCE kicked off with a loss to GamerLegion, who seem to keep staying alive whatever happens to their roster, and embarrassingly dropped a map to Bad News Kangaroos, but then smacked Monte.
That leaves MOUZ and Liquid in the Upper Final, ENCE vs GamerLegion (who did beat smooya) in the Lower Final, and the rest in the last chance stage.
Group D was full of… no surprises whatsoever. Complexity beat PERA, and then HEROIC, while NAVI beat FlyQuest and BIG to breeze through.
PERA beat NIP to put them in the last chance qualifier (which we’re not counting as an upset, obviously), and FlyQuest beat BOSS (as did BIG earlier) to do the same.
BOSS have a chance to do the funniest thing possible in the last chance stage.
